The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital platforms. Strong communication skills and a proactive sales mindset are essential.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Identify, qualify, and generate new business leads in target markets.
Execute outbound calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through continuous follow-ups and relationship management.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and propose a suitable solution.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and interactions in CRM tools.
Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team and contribute to lead-nurturing strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
*Requirements*
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT sales (product, service, or solution-based).
Proven ability in lead generation through calls, emails, and social platforms (especially LinkedIn).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking tools is a plus.
*Preferred Skills:*
Understanding of IT domains such as software services, SaaS products, or digital transformation solutions.
Basic knowledge of sales funnels and B2B outreach strategies.
