We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional with 1 year of experience in IT sales to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital platforms. Strong communication skills and a proactive sales mindset are essential.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Identify, qualify, and generate new business leads in target markets.

Execute outbound calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients.

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through continuous follow-ups and relationship management.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and propose a suitable solution.

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and interactions in CRM tools.

Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team and contribute to lead-nurturing strategies.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

*Requirements*

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in IT sales (product, service, or solution-based).

Proven ability in lead generation through calls, emails, and social platforms (especially LinkedIn).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.

Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking tools is a plus.
