Job Overview

We are seeking

enthusiastic and experienced candidates

for the role of

Lead Generation Executive

in an

International Voice Process

. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to engage international clients, and a proven track record of generating qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to international leads for product/service promotion
Qualify prospects based on given criteria and schedule follow-up calls
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in CRM
Meet daily/weekly targets for lead generation and call volume
Collaborate with internal teams to improve pitch and conversion
Follow all quality guidelines and customer service standards

Required Skills

1–2 years of experience in international lead generation or outbound calling
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Ability to handle objections and think on your feet
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Must have a reliable internet connection and suitable workspace (if WFH)
