What we’re looking for:

Experience in researching and finding qualified leads
Can use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, ZoomInfo, Instantly, or similar
Knows how to verify contacts and organize data neatly (Google Sheets, CRM, etc.)
Pays attention to detail and works independently
Bonus if you’ve done lead generation for digital marketing, SaaS, or service-based businesses
