Lead Generation Expert

As a Lead Generation Expert based in Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata, your primary responsibility will be to contact potential or existing customers using scripts to inform them about our products or services. You will be expected to answer any queries they may have, understand their requirements, and close sales. Additionally, you will direct prospects to the field sales team when necessary and ensure that customer information is accurately entered and updated in the database. Taking and processing orders efficiently is crucial to this role, as is going the extra mile to meet sales quotas and secure future sales. To excel in this position, you must have a proven track record in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role. Demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas, particularly over the phone, is highly valued. Your ability to learn and effectively communicate details about our products and services to prospects is essential. Fluency in both English and Hindi, along with a cool temperament to handle rejection, will be advantageous. Outstanding negotiation skills are key, enabling you to resolve issues and address any complaints that may arise. This full-time role requires candidates to be based in Kolkata, West Bengal, and work on-site. Cell phone reimbursement is provided as part of the benefits package. The work schedule entails day shifts from Monday to Friday, with weekend availability. A performance bonus is also available based on your achievements. To assess your suitability for the position, we have a specific question regarding your willingness to make 100 calls per day. A minimum of 1 year of telemarketing experience is required for this role.
