Job Description

  • Research and identify potential customers:This involves using various tools and techniques to find individuals or companies that match the target customer profile.
  • Engage with prospects:This can include making phone calls, sending emails, using social media, or other outreach methods to connect with potential customers.
  • Qualify leads:Not all leads are equally valuable. Lead Generation Executives assess leads based on predefined criteria to determine if they are a good fit for the business.
  • Collaborate with the sales team:They work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and to provide feedback on lead quality.
  • Maintain and update lead records:This involves using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to track leads and their interactions with the business.
  • Analyze performance metrics:Lead Generation Executives track key metrics to understand what strategies are working best and to identify areas for improvement.
