Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team in Madurai. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, particularly using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and HubSpot. This role plays a key part in building a strong sales pipeline and supporting business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and generate new B2B leads using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and HubSpot.
• Develop targeted lists of prospects based on industry, geography, job title, and other key criteria.
• Reach out to prospects via cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups.
• Qualify leads based on defined parameters before handing them over to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities and communications in the CRM.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
• Track and report weekly/monthly lead generation performance and KPIs. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales.
• Proven experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and HubSpot CRM tools
• Strong research skills and ability to identify the right decision-makers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
