Job Summary: Lead Generation Specialist with experience in outbound sales, responsible for identifying prospective clients, executing targeted outreach campaigns, and maintaining accurate lead data using industry-standard tools and CRM systems. Proficient in leveraging analytics to enhance lead quality and drive business growth. Role & responsibilities Research and identify potential clients using online databases, LinkedIn, and company websites. Execute email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or Zoho Campaign to engage and nurture leads. Conduct cold calling and email outreach to generate new business opportunities. Analyse data to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM system. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Skills: • 2 to 3 years of experience in lead generation or outbound sales. • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Proficiency in lead generation tools (Apollo.io, Lucia for leads) • Proficiency in CRM software. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
