Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive with excellent communication skills to support our B2C sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating contact, and qualifying leads to drive sales growth. Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails,. *Key Responsibilities Communicate effectively with potential customers to understand their needs Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system Follow up with interested prospects and schedule calls or meetings for the sales team Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams Handle customer queries professionally and build strong relationships Ensure accurate reporting of leads and conversion status *Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities Basic understanding of B2C sales processes Ability to handle customer objections confidently Proficient in MS Excel / CRM tools (preferred) Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team
