We are looking for a dynamic and driven Inside Sales / Lead Generation Executive to join our IIoT product line sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, excellent communication skills, and experience working in technology-driven environments—preferably in industrial or IoT segments.
- Identify, research, and qualify potential clients using platforms like LinkedIn, email campaigns, web research, and databases.
- Generate and nurture leads through cold calling, outbound emails, and digital outreach.
- Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings/demos for the sales team.
- Act as the first point of contact for potential customers.
- Stay updated on IIoT industry trends, competitive landscape, and client pain points.
- Share insights with sales and marketing teams for better engagement strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2- 4 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in tech/industrial/IoT products.
- Understanding of IIoT, industrial automation, or B2B tech solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and lead gen tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
