Lead Generation Executive

1. Contact potential customers via a call to inform them about the exhibition

2. Answer questions about the exhibition or company

3. Ask questions about the company to understand its profile and generate leads

4. Enter and update customer information in the database

5. Coordinate with the sales team to close the deal

6. Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation

7. Keep records of calls and sales & note useful information

8. Work on customer relationship management

9. Coordinate with internal teams
