Role & Designation – Lead Generation and market research Partner
Nature of Job – Full Time Permanent
Work Location Remote with occasional visits to office (once in 3 months for important
meetings, get together or trainings)
Work Timing – 9.30 AM to 6.00 PM
Work Days - 5 Days working (Saturday and Sunday Off)
Salary Range – As per the market standard.
Ideal Candidate : Minimum 6 Months years to 5 years of experience based in Pune and is
currently not working. Please note that we do not hire people who are already employed
with any other firm at this moment.
● Develop sales and marketing strategies to capitalize on growth opportunities in the IT
industry.
● Generate leads through direct marketing and digital marketing channels.
● Qualify leads, understand their needs, and offer our recruitment services.
● Liaise with the delivery team to ensure client satisfaction and maintain ongoing
relationships.
● Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess compatibility and risk
factors.
● Company Profiling: Assess companies on metrics like employee size, industry, revenue &
more
● Prospect Profiling: Identify key contacts such as CEOs, Managers & IT Professionals
● List Building: Develop & research targeted contact lists.
● Create collaterals for internal communications ( Newsletter, Memos, etc)
● Arrange meetings with prospective clients and maintain client databases.
● Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform our sales approach.
● Create compelling content aligned with Seventh Contact’s brand voice for various
platforms.
● Manage social media platforms and engage with the target audience to enhance brand
presence.
● Ensure effective management of leads generated through digital media to drive
business growth.
● Knowledge of social media marketing will be an added advantage.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Initiative, ability to work independently and in a team environment.
● Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced working environment.
● Problem-solving aptitude.
● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or relevant field; Master’s
degree will be a plus.
As this is a remote working - the applicant must have proper work from home (WFH)
infrastructure -
1. A dedicated quite work place where you can work without distraction.
2. Minimum 50 Mbps broadband connectivity.
3. Computer with decent configuration and necessary licensed software.
4. Computer must have audio and video in working condition.
5. Power back up for seamless working.
6. Smart phone; we will provide the SIM card (Phone number).
Selection Process –
1st Video Round – To evaluate analytical skills, general awareness, communication skills.
2nd Video Round - To evaluate your interest, learnability, and commitment.
Final Round (In-Person) – Cultural fitment, addressing queries +Aptitude Test
