We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Lead Generation Agent with specifically experience in International Sales Market to drive outbound pipeline growth. The ideal candidate is experienced in US-style B2B lead generation and thrives in a performance-driven environment.
Experience Required: 1–3 years in B2B lead generation or sales (Only US process)
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (Sales, Marketing preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Cold Calling (US market)
50 calls/day; 5+ qualified leads/week
Email Campaigns & Follow-ups
80 emails/day; ≥5% response rate
LinkedIn Prospecting
20 new connections/week; 3+ demos set
CRM Management & Data Hygiene
100% compliance with data updates
Lead Hand-off to Sales Team
SLA within 4 hours
Daily Activity Reporting
Submission of end-of-day activity logs
Qualifications & Skills
Communication
Native-level English proficiency (spoken & written)
Tools Proficiency
Excel, Google Suite, online search techniques
Soft Skills
