Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Lead GenAI Developer

to drive the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. This role requires strong expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI solution architecture, along with proven leadership to mentor teams and deliver scalable AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the
end-to-end design, development, and integration
of Generative AI solutions.
Drive
prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, LLM fine-tuning
, and deployment workflows.
Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to
best engineering practices
.
Collaborate with architects, product managers, and stakeholders to shape
AI solution roadmaps
.
Own
performance benchmarking, scalability, and reusability
across AI solutions.
Stay abreast of the latest
GenAI advancements, frameworks, and tools
to drive innovation.

Requirements:

Proven expertise in developing
GenAI / LLM-based applications

Strong hands-on experience with
Python, LangChain, LangGraph, prompt tuning, and vector databases

Proficiency in
MLOps practices, API integrations, and observability/monitoring tools

Demonstrated ability to
