Lead Full Stack Developer

In this role, you will oversee the development process from start to finish, collaborating closely with our design and product teams to ensure that our web-based applications for a market-leading commercial digital content platform on a high-performance Consumer Electronics device meet the needs of our users and exceed their expectations. You will work with the latest technologies and frameworks, shaping the direction of our development strategy as we grow and evolve. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of 3 to 5 engineers in end-to-end application development and enhancement. - Lead SCRUM team with SCRUM process and possess CSM/CSPO Agile SCRUM certifications. - Demonstrate proactive planning, execution, and value generation skills. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Build high-performance and scalable web services with a focus on Microservices based System design and deployment. - Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, leveraging frameworks such as SpringBoot, React, Angular, and Ember. - Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure applications meet user needs and exceed expectations. - Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices for software development. - Write high-quality, well-architected code and conduct code reviews for the responsible modules. - Translate design and wireframes into high-quality code, ensuring performance on specific target devices. - Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Strong experience with popular development frameworks such as SpringBoot, React, Angular, and Ember. - Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and building RESTful APIs. - Experience with NoSQL and relational databases, version control systems, AWS services, and cloud-native applications. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
