Lead Front End Developer

As a Lead Front End Developer at Siemens Energy Digital Products and Solutions team, you will play a crucial role in developing dynamic and high-quality mobile and web applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining mobile and web applications using technologies like React/JavaScript, Flutter/Dart, or Ember. - Collaborating with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality applications. - Translating UI/UX designs into responsive, performant, and reusable code for both Flutter and React projects. - Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code to ensure robust functionality. - Optimizing application performance and resolving issues across different platforms. - Performing code reviews in a flexible, multi-functional, team-based development environment. - Implementing integrations with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries. - Staying updated with React, Flutter, and related technologies. - Providing technical guidance for the agile development team. Qualifications required for this role: - A master's or bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in software development and software architecture. - Proven experience with React/JavaScript and Flutter/Dart in building complex mobile and web applications. - Familiarity with state management solutions for both React (e.g., Redux, MobX, Context API) and Flutter (e.g., Provider, Bloc, River pod). - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. - Understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating third-party libraries. - UI/UX sensibility with attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to development. - Ability to switch between React and Flutter projects as required. - Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, or other backend integrations. - Knowledge of web development standard processes, Flutter Web, and React Native. - Understanding of agile methodologies and collaboration in a team setting. - Prior experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Flutter Test, Mockito, Jest, React Testing Library). - Familiarity with cross-platform development and optimization for different devices and browsers. - Familiarity with AWS services and other cloud platforms. - Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker, Podman, K8s.
