Job Description

We re looking for a highly motivated and technically strong Lead Front-End Developer to guide our web and mobile teams in building intuitive, scalable, and high-performance digital experiences. In this role, you will lead architecture decisions, drive innovation, and ensure code quality while collaborating across product, design, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of front-end and mobile developers, promoting collaboration and skill development
Development & Architecture: Design and implement reliable, responsive web and mobile applications using modern frameworks and scalable architecture patterns
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate user needs into engaging interfaces
Code Quality & Standards: Conduct code reviews and promote clean, maintainable code and development best practices
Project Ownership: Oversee planning, sprint execution, task assignments, and progress tracking
Innovation & Trends: Stay current with industry trends and integrate new tools or practices to continuously improve product quality
Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and scalability
Testing & QA: Develop unit, integration, and E2E tests using tools like Jest, Cypress, and Detox to maintain code reliability

Core Technical Skills

Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
Frameworks: Expertise in React JS and Next.js; hands-on experience with React Native
HTML/CSS: Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
State Management: Experience with Redux, MobX, or similar libraries
API Integration: Working knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
Testing Tools: Familiarity with Jest, Cypress, and Detox or similar tools
Version Control: Comfortable with Git and Git-based workflows

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with front-end architecture, component-driven design, and design systems
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated build tools
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Firebase, or Azure
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities
