Lead Front End Developer

Role Overview: As a Specialist Software Engineer at Amgen, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining front-end applications using React or .Net. You will work with large datasets to develop features that enhance user experience and system capabilities. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with back-end developers, ensuring high test coverage, and implementing data security measures to protect sensitive information. Additionally, you will leverage cloud platforms like AWS to build scalable solutions and work with AI tools for development and testing. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of responsive and user-friendly web applications using .Net, React, JavaScript, or HTML - Manage and build products based on .NET frameworks to integrate UI with back-end APIs/services - Develop Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce pages for Salesforce UI customization - Bridge UI between front-end frameworks (React, .Net, JavaScript, HTML) and enterprise systems - Maintain modular, reusable, and testable code while adhering to best practices - Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure defect-free delivery and high test coverage - Partner with back-end developers to define APIs and data contracts - Propose improvements in performance, design, and maintainability - Ensure smooth communication between different tech stacks using APIs, middleware, or microservices - Identify and resolve complex data-related UX challenges to create custom dashboards and widgets Qualification Required: - Doctorate Degree OR Masters degree with 4 - 6 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or related field OR Bachelors degree with 6 - 8 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or related field OR Diploma with 10 - 12 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or related field Additional Details of the Company: Amgen harnesses the best of biology and technology to combat the world's toughest diseases and improve lives by delivering innovative medicines.
