Finance Manager

Job Summary:

General Ledger (GL) consolidation, SPA (Shared Platform Accounting), and S/4HANA implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support

  SPA GL consolidation activities across multiple entities and geographies

  .
• Drive and contribute to

  S/4HANA implementation projects, focusing on GL and financial consolidation modules.

• Ensure accurate and timely

  financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP

  and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, and external consultants to align system capabilities with business requirements.

• Design and optimize GL processes and controls within the S/4HANA environment.

• Provide expert guidance on chart of accounts, intercompany eliminations, and financial close processes.
• Conduct gap analysis, prepare functional specifications, and support testing and deployment phases.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to data integrity, system configuration, and reporting accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or ICWA

  or equivalent certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant EXP in

  GL consolidation and financial reporting.

• Hands-on EXP with

  SAP S/4HANA, especially in Finance (FI) and GL modules

  .
• Strong understanding of

  US GAAP and international accounting standards.

• Proven track record in

  SAP implementation or migration projects
