Job Description

Lead the estimation team for infrastructure (Water Management , Irrigation, Smart Infra Projects & other emerging sectors)
Develop and implement estimation methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Manage the tendering lifecycle: pre-bid preparation, submission, and client coordination.
Analyze tender documents, prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and ensure compliance with technical and commercial terms.
Prepare detailed cost estimates covering civil, mechanical, electrical, and technical aspects .
Review project specifications, drawings, and scope to ensure accurate pricing.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams to gather inputs.
Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for quotations and market rates.
Identify risks in project scope and incorporate contingencies in estimates.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and contractual obligations.
Provide clarifications during bid evaluations.
Support management in negotiations and contract finalization
Build team capability for handling complex infrastructure projects
