Manage ITSM deployment for Unified IT Service Desk Program
Vendors and Other stakeholders
Interact with employees (local & Other locations) on a regular basis to understand their needs, be respond to them on all their IT related issues
Interact with Accounts & Finance department for Vendor Payments
Interact with all stakeholders in all processes of ITSM for GMR Group
Engineering Degree or equivalent in an IT or similar discipline from an institute recognized by UGC / AICTE
08-10 years of work experience in IT preferably in Infrastructure or a related domain. Demonstrable experience in process understanding and process improvement.
Must have strong Communication skills as this position will have direct interaction with senior management
Vendor management & Management of IT Outsourcing Services for an organization a definite advantag
