Lead Engineer - Civil or Structural

Role:

As a Lead Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding the company's market presence in the field of plant engineering. You will be responsible for designing industrial structures (pipe racks, Technological Structures, Equipment Foundation, RCC buildings, UG Services) using Indian Euro and American Codes.

Should have good knowledge in Civil and structural analysis and design calculation related activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Excellent planning, scheduling, co-ordination & Man management skills
• Leading a team of Sr. Engineers, Design Engineers & Trainees.
• Involvement in design & detailed engineering activities.
• Reviewing 3D model, GA Drawings & detailed drawings, reports prepared by team members.
• Co-ordination within design teams, inter-disciplines & vendors.
• Follow up of scheduled design activities.
• Resolving Technical issues.
• Maintaining quality procedures.
• Must have hands-on skills of Tekla, Navisworks for reviewing & resolution.
• Capable of independently handling Basic & Detail Engineering projects.
• Capable of handling design activities independently.
• Capable of leading & supervising design & detailing teams.
• Knowledge about international standards.
• Proven Written & verbal communication skills.
• Discussion with client/ Client Engg/ Designer for better understanding.

Software skills:

STAAD Pro, MAT 3D, Idea Statica, MS Office, Relevant Tools Knowledge

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

B. Tech or MTech in Civil Engineering with 8 to 12 years of Strong experience and understanding of plant engineering concepts, processes, and technologies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
