Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Lead Engagement Specialist to join the team at the corporate office in Patel Nagar, New Delhi. As a Lead Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients, nurturing leads, and contributing to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect Outreach: - Initiate calls to prospective clients from various sources such as industrial directories, web leads, exhibition attendees, and social media. - Introduce company offerings and gather key insights to qualify leads. - Lead Qualification & Management: - Identify and nurture high-potential leads for further engagement. - Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. - Team Collaboration: - Work closely with internal teams to share insights and customer feedback. - Participate in training sessions to enhance outreach techniques. - Performance Monitoring: - Meet and exceed call volume and lead generation targets. - Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). - Communication & Customer Engagement: - Conduct professional and engaging conversations in Hindi and English. - Proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Qualifications Required: - Education: Graduate from a recognized institution. - Experience: Telecalling, customer engagement, or lead generation experience preferred. - Interpersonal Skills: Outgoing, team player, and customer-centric approach. - Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. - Resilience & Energy: A proactive mindset and the ability to handle rejections positively.
