Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Embedded Lead Firmware Engineers with strong experience in RTOS. The role involves customizing and developing embedded firmware applications, integrating device drivers, and optimizing system performance for ARM Cortex hardware platforms
.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain firmware applications for embedded platforms.
- Develop embedded UI/UX using GUI libraries.
- Integrate and debug device drivers, middleware, and hardware-specific features.
- Debug build and runtime issues across applications, device drivers.
- Optimize system performance, and resource usage.
- Collaborate with hardware, software, and QA teams to deliver stable firmware images.
- Document design, API, build procedures, and troubleshooting guides

Work Experience
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with formware, embedded GUI layer development.
- Hands-on expertise in RTOS kernel and device driver integration.
- Proficiency in C, C++, and unit testing frameworks.
- Experience in cross-compilation, build systems, and embedded toolchains.
- Good understanding of embedded RTOS internals .
- Familiarity with low-level debugging (JTAG, serial console, etc.).
- Version control with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Team management skills
- Customer Communication
Nice-to-Have (Preferred)
- Experience with emWin.
- Knowledge of medical devices development, regulatory compliance (e.g., FDA, MDR) ,cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with static code analyzers.
- Exposure to embOS/STM32 .
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Electronics, or related field.
- 7–12 years of experience in embedded firmware and RTOS.
