Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically strong Lead Member Industrial Automation & Electrical Systems to lead and execute end-to-end automation projects involving PLC programming, robotics, HMI/SCADA systems, CNC machine integration, vision systems, and electrical maintenance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in diverse industrial environments, including steel plants, CNC machines, robotic systems, and crane automation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. PLC, HMI, SCADA & Control Systems

Design, develop, and modify PLC logic using Siemens and Mitsubishi platforms.

Implement and optimize HMI/SCADA systems for real-time process monitoring and diagnostics.

Conduct I/O testing, FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), commissioning, and control panel verification.

2. Robotics (Industrial & SCARA)

Program, calibrate, and troubleshoot industrial robots: Yamaha SCARA, KUKA, Yaskawa, Inovance, Effort, and Linkhou.

Perform position teaching and fine-tuning for precision and efficiency.

Integrate robotics with production systems and resolve hardware/software issues.

3. Vision Systems

Calibrate Basler vision cameras and adjust vision parameters as per product design.

Integrate vision systems with PLCs and robotic applications to enhance quality inspection.

4. Steel Plant Automation & CNC Machines

Commission automation systems for steel plants (JSW, Arjas Steel, XINDIA, Kirloskar).

Design and maintain CNC electrical control systems including VFD tuning and servo controller configuration.

Integrate electrical and software systems in collaboration with mechanical teams.

5. Electrical, Electronic & Mechanical Systems

Design, install, and troubleshoot low/high voltage electrical panels.

Maintain pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic subsystems in CNC machines and industrial cranes.

Build and commission test benches (e.g., Schneider ACB-MCH), ensuring sensor validation, communication protocol checks, and wiring verification.

Troubleshoot crane control systems: Avalon, Robway, LICCON, PAT, TEREX, D-LOG, GREER.

Inspect and test inverter cards, booster cards, and PCBs used in industrial and crane automation.

6. Team Leadership & Quality Practices

Lead a team of engineers and technicians for testing, production, and installation.

Ensure compliance with 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Deliver comprehensive documentation, training, and customer support.

Controllers: FANUC, Siemens, Mitsubishi

VFD & Servo Drives: Tuning, Troubleshooting, Commissioning

Electrical Systems: CNC, Switchgear, Field Wiring.

Software Tools: HMI configuration, SCADA platforms, Robot teach pendants

Technical Documentation: Electrical schematics, testing protocols, control architecture

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation Engineering

512 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation, robotics, and electrical maintenance

Strong expertise in control systems, sensors, drives, safety protocols, and team management
