Lead Electrical Design Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of power distribution, lighting, grounding, control systems, and automation . Perform load calculations, system modeling, and short-circuit analysis. Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes and standards. Optimize electrical designs for safety, energy efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Engage with clients to understand requirements and provide technical solutions. Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, and presentations . Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering . 4-6 years of experience in electrical engineering, in a leadership role . Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD or Revit). Strong knowledge of power systems, MV/LV distribution, and industrial automation . Excellent English communication skills for client interaction and reporting. Familiarity with international electrical standards . Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
