Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Lead Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess strong visual communication expertise, hands-on experience in video and graphics production, and a passion for delivering impactful visual content. This role requires a blend of creative flair, technical proficiency, and leadership to drive projects from conceptualisation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead and manage the production of video and graphic content for various projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

·       Design visually compelling posters, brochures, and marketing collateral for promotional and content creation purposes.

·       Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to conceptualise and execute creative campaigns.

·       Edit and animate videos using industry-standard software, maintaining a consistent visual style aligned with brand guidelines.

·       Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.

·       Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers and editors within the team.

·       Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in graphic design, animation, and video editing.

Required Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in visual communication or a related field.

·       3–4 years of demonstrable experience working on multiple projects involving video and graphics production.

·       Excellent proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.

·       Strong video editing and animation skills, with a robust portfolio showcasing previous work.

·       Proven expertise in designing posters, brochures, and other marketing materials.

·       Exceptional communication skills in spoken and written English.

Preferred Skills

·       Proficiency in Figma and wireframing tools is a significant advantage.

·       Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams on creative projects.

·       Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
