Work you'll do

You will be instrumental in elevating our brand's presence, driving engagement, and enhancing communication strategies across multiple platforms through campaigns and partnerships. The role encompasses digital marketing (SEO/SMM), industry positioning for the brand, building talent value preposition, and end to end social media campaign management, ensuring coherent and captivating brand storytelling. The candidate should be able to think of campaigns that can be translated for internal platforms as well.

What You'll Do:

  • Research, analyse and come up with roadmaps and strategies to build our digital presence across platforms website, external platforms, social media
  • Design, run and manage social media campaigns across our networks
  • Implement best in class SEO/SMM practices to improve our digital footprints
  • Ability to partner with the team to create and drive campaigns for internal employee advocacy
  • Design and write marketing campaigns across internal and external communication
  • Be a strategic advisor for constantly improving our digital presence and keeping a keen eye on all industry standards/trends that our competitors are following and ensuring we are at par with that
  • Needs to have extensive knowledge in analytics to prepare reporting dashboards every month for management review
  • Conduct in-depth research to ensure that as a brand we have an improved digital presence time to time check in to identify gaps and implement them in partnership with team and internal stakeholders
  • Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Should be a team player with creative, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Work closely with design, brand, production, digital and product development team to develop brand copy across various digital and non-digital touch-points
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality content

Skills, Attitudes, and Competencies

  • Adwords/Campaign management certified
  • Extensive experience in driving paid social media campaigns
  • Extensive knowledge in SEO/SMM
  • Knowledge of CRM Tools and digital marketing dashboards is a must
  • Should have knowledge in driving website optimization and experience in managing CMS
  • Strong stakeholder management capability is a must
  • Experience using insights and strategic thinking to influence stakeholders
  • Experience communicating the benefits of various marketing strategies to business audiences of all levels
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities
  • Strong design sensibility and attention to details
  • Analytical orientation with ability to use data to answer questions and solve problems
  • Ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships both internally and externally
  • Follow the project management guidelines for new, and Change request processes around brand websites, app development, enhancements, technical upgrades, SEO and CMS activities.
