Lead DevOps Engineer

As a Cloud & DevOps Lead, you will be responsible for driving the cloud infrastructure strategy, automation initiatives, and integration of emerging technologies like Generative AI. This role will allow you to lead cross-functional teams, design scalable systems, and shape the future of the cloud and DevOps ecosystem. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect, deploy, and manage secure, cost-efficient AWS environments for cloud strategy & implementation. - Lead the adoption of GenAI tools and integrate them into enterprise workflows for Generative AI integration. - Design and maintain Kubernetes clusters for scalability, performance, and security for Kubernetes & Containerization. - Build end-to-end automation using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, or CloudFormation for Automation & CI/CD. - Implement advanced monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch) to ensure uptime and system health for Monitoring & Reliability. - Develop automation and integration scripts for infrastructure management using Python Scripting. - Enforce best practices for cloud security, access control, and compliance for Security & Compliance. - Mentor DevOps engineers, drive collaboration, and foster innovation for Leadership. - Evaluate and implement new tools in AI, ML, and Cloud DevOps for Emerging Tech. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Proven expertise with AWS Cloud Services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, SageMaker, EKS). - Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD, IaC, Python/Bash scripting. - Proficiency with monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). - Exposure to Generative AI models, APIs, or AWS AI/ML services. - Experience building secure, compliant cloud infrastructures. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. **Education & Certifications:** - Bachelors / Masters in Computer Science, IT, or related field. - Preferred: AWS Certified Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer / Kubernetes Certified.,
