Lead Development Engineer

As a seasoned Workday Integration Developer with 7+ years of experience, your role will involve developing and supporting various integrations within the Workday HCM space. Your responsibilities will include: - Extensive hands-on experience in developing workday integrations including EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, PECI, and Studio integrations. - Collaborating with business stakeholders and functional teams to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and integrate them into Workday HCM. - Mentoring and coaching junior integration developers, providing guidance on best practices and feedback to enhance the team's technical proficiency. - Deep understanding of concepts such as Workday webservices, SOAP and REST APIs, and resolving complex integration issues with expertise in Workday solutions. - Managing ISSG/ISU with integration concepts and strong knowledge in data formats like XML, WSDL, JSON, SSL, SAML, and HTTP protocols. - Expertise in data transformations and optimizations using XSLT, as well as data conversions and transformations to load data into Workday from legacy or external systems.
