Lead Developer

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Developer to architect, build, and deliver a groundbreaking SaaS solution designed as a unified partner portal hosted on Azure. This high-impact, customer-facing platform will leverage modern cloudnative technologies and provide sophisticated work-streams, collaboration, Generative AI, and integration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with the CTO on architecture, design, and technical decisions.
• Lead and mentor an agile team of offshore developers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
• Engage in hands-on development, writing high-quality, scalable code using React, Next.js, Python, and other technologies.
• Architect cloud-native solutions within the Azure ecosystem, including serverless functions, microservices, event-driven architectures, and third-party integrations.
• Design and implement DevOps strategies, establishing robust CI/CD pipelines and foundational DevOps practices.
• Act as the technical advocate, maintaining best practices for secure, scalable, and performant customer-facing software.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (10+ years) developing SaaS applications, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Extensive hands-on coding expertise with Python, React, Next.js, and other ancillary technologies.
• Strong experience in Azure technologies, including Azure Functions, event-driven architectures, serverless development, and integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement microservices and manage 3rd-party integrations effectively.
• Proficiency in both relational and non-relational database technologies.
• Expert-level knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience setting up efficient DevOps pipelines.
• Proficiency with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes and tools.

• Comfortable and experienced in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, with experience utilizing Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
