Job Summary

As a Lead Developer you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining web applications using Drupal Symphony 2 and other web technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. This hybrid role requires a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills to drive innovation and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of web applications using Drupal and Symphony 2 to ensure robust and scalable solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Develop and maintain front-end components using JavaScript CSS and HTML to enhance user experience and interface design.

Implement back-end functionalities using PHP to support seamless integration with front-end components.

Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions.

Ensure code quality and maintainability through regular code reviews and adherence to best practices.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.

Contribute to the development of technical documentation and user guides to support application usage and maintenance.

Engage in regular team meetings to discuss project progress challenges and opportunities for improvement.

Support the companys mission by delivering high-quality solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of Drupal and Symphony 2 with proven experience in developing web applications.

Demonstrate proficiency in JavaScript CSS and HTML for front-end development.

Have solid experience in PHP for back-end development and integration.

Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Show strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Be adaptable to a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office work as required.

Have a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 11 years of relevant experience in web development.
