Job Summary

As a Lead Developer with expertise in SFDC Sales Cloud SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Customization you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions. With a focus on Asset and Wealth Management you will contribute to enhancing business processes and driving innovation. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on day shifts.

Responsibilities

Design and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to meet business needs ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications.

Develop and customize Salesforce applications using SFDC Lightning and SFDC Customization to enhance user experience and functionality.

Integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies implementing them to improve system performance.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements.

Participate in project planning and execution ensuring timely delivery of solutions.

Contribute to the development of technical documentation and user guides for Salesforce applications.

Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

Possess strong experience in SFDC Sales Cloud SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Customization.

Demonstrate knowledge in Asset and Wealth Management enhancing domain-specific solutions.

Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Show proficiency in developing and implementing Salesforce solutions that drive business success.

Have a keen understanding of data security and compliance within Salesforce applications.
