What will you do?

What are we looking for?

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications within the LivePerson platform.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to implement new features and improve existing ones.
Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following industry best practices.
Integrate with third-party APIs and services to enhance platform capabilities.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in software development and conversational AI.
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality releases and effective test automation.
Contribute to the overall architecture and development strategy of the LivePerson platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proven experience in software development, with expertise in one or more of the following: Java, Python, JavaScript, Node.js, or similar technologies.
Strong knowledge of web technologies, including REST APIs, HTTP, and microservices architecture.
Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, or similar) and back-end frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Express.js).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience working with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and distributed systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering scalable and reliable solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Experience with AI and NLP (Natural Language Processing) technologies.
Familiarity with messaging platforms (SMS, chatbots, in-app messaging).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
Knowledge of security best practices and data privacy regulations.
