Job Description

We are looking for a Strong J2EE/React Full Stack Technical Lead with highly self-motivated individual:

Seeking a talented and motivated strong

Application Development Lead

to join our team. A key initiative within our platform. The ideal candidate will possess a versatile skill set, combining expertise in multiple programming languages and modern frameworks, as well as a strong understanding of cloud-based environments. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Designing and developing modern and modular J2EE/ReactJS applications using current coding and testing standards. Working collaboratively and closely with a global team of technologists. Strong ability to lead with ideas and innovation.

Experience should have
8+ years of experience with J2EE, Microservices ReactJS
.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using a combination of programming languages and frameworks, including Springboot, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Java.
Should have sound working knowledge on GraphQL, JMS, Kafka.
Good experience with
Junit, Mockito testing frameworks.
Strong experience on
OOJS, TypeScript/ES6
, Designing a modern highly responsive web-based user interface.
Good experience with
unit testing frameworks like Jasmine/Karma/Jest/Enzyme.
Experience with
RESTful APIs.
Build and maintain scalable and reliable applications hosted in cloud environments such as Azure and AWS.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to development best practices.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
Continuously research and adopt emerging technologies to enhance the integrations performance and functionality.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements and project timelines.
Need to help inhouse team to upskill work with the Client team.
Strong communication skills.
Good Analytical Problem-solving skills.
Excellent troubleshooting.
Should be a good team player, proactive and adaptive.
