Should have strong development skills in Mainframes (Cobol, JCL,VSAM and CICS). Should be good in Non-Mon flow, Monetary flow and Posting Functionalities. Understanding on the SDLC. Understanding on the Agile methodologies. Communication with customer and producing the Daily status report. Should have good oral and written communication. Should be a good team member. Should be proactive and adaptive. Should be flexible to work in shifts. Strong communication skills. Analytical Problem-solving skills.
