Lead Developer

As the Lead Developer at our company, you will be responsible for taking over the technical lead of our platform. Your role will involve actively driving architectural decisions and hands-on development. Not only will you focus on improving and scaling the current system, but you will also play a crucial part in building and shaping our future tech team as the company expands. Your key responsibilities will include: - Implementing and enhancing frontend solutions using React & Supabase - Participating in architectural decisions and conducting code reviews - Continuously optimizing systems for performance, maintainability, and scalability In addition to your technical duties, you will collaborate closely with the development team, providing knowledge transfer and support. You will take ownership of leadership tasks such as technical design and mentoring junior developers. Your role will also involve contributing to the evolution of internal processes and technical standards. Communication and transparency are essential aspects of this role. You will be responsible for transparent documentation and alignment with internal stakeholders.
