Job Description

Job Title: Lead Design Manager

15+ years of experience in pressure vessel designEquipment Design, with at least 8+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
Hands-on experience with design tools such as PV Elite, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ANSYS, and other FEA tools.
Hands-on experience of designing rotating equipment (Major experience in rotating) and pressure vessels is mandatory.
Experience of Machinery manufacturing; Modular Systems and skids etc is good to have.

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of ASME, API, PED, and other international codes and standards
Proficiency in design calculations, material selection, and welding processes for pressure vessels
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including forming, welding, machining, and testing

Soft Skills:

Agitated Reactors
Centrifuges
Rotary Filters
Dryers, Kilns
Ball Mills, Jet Mills, Powder Handling systems etc.
Pharma machines (Tablets, capsules etc.)
Pumps, compressors etc
Packaging and weaving machines
Material handling equipment

Good to have:

MNC experience Exposure to best practices
No Diploma Masters is preferred.
