Your Role As a Product Design Intern within our vibrant 15+ member product and engineering organization, you'll be at the forefront of crafting innovative solutions for our global student intern community. Under the mentorship of the Head of Product, you will engage in collaborative projects with various teams, gaining insights into customer needs, and delivering products that streamline complex business processes while ensuring an outstanding user experience. This position will be a stipend-based , full-time, 6 -month internship. What You’ll Be Doing You'll do everything that a product designer does. Here's everything you will be doing - Dive deep into user research - conducting interviews, surveys, and usability testing with interns, companies, and supervisors Spend hours mapping user journeys and identifying friction points across our global platform Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that solve real user problems Collaborate daily with product managers and engineers to ship features that matter Analyze user behavior data to understand what's working and what needs improvement Design for multiple stakeholders - students, companies, supervisors, and universities Participate in design critiques and iterate based on feedback (lots of feedback!)
