Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 5-8 years of experience to lead our delivery team in Hyderabad II. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT enabled services and BPO, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues to ensure seamless project execution.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in leading delivery teams in the CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and operations management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with revenue cycle management and healthcare services is an added advantage.
