Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment Data Platform Strategy: Develop and implement the data platform strategy aligned with the organizations objectives. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the data platform capabilities. Manage data integration processes, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines, to ensure seamless data flow across systems. Optimize data ingestion and processing workflows for efficiency and performance. Data Quality and Governance: Implement data quality standards and governance policies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements and deliver solutions. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Proven experience in leading data engineering teams and managing data platforms. Proficiency in data integration tools and technologies (e. g. , Apache Kafka, Apache NiFi, Talend). Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e. g. , AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
