Job Description

As a Data Analyst within the company, your role will involve partnering closely with business and S&T teams to prepare final analysis reports for stakeholders. This will enable them to make important decisions based on various facts and trends. You will lead data requirement, source analysis, data analysis, data transformation, and reconciliation activities. Your interactions will include teams such as DG, DPM, EA, DE, EDF, PO, and D &Ai for historical data requirements and sourcing data for the Mosaic AI program to scale solutions to new markets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading data requirement, source analysis, data analysis, data transformation, and reconciliation activities. - Partnering with FP&A Product Owner and associated business SMEs to understand and document business requirements and associated needs. - Performing the analysis of business data requirements and translating them into a data design that satisfies local, sector, and global requirements. - Utilizing automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources. - Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets for diagnosis and prediction. - Collaborating with engineers and business teams to identify process improvement opportunities and propose system modifications. - Proactively identifying impediments and seeking pragmatic and constructive solutions to mitigate risks. - Championing continuous improvement and driving efficiency. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor of Technology degree. - Minimum of 9+ years of relevant work experience in data modeling/analytics, with experience in navigating data in Azure Databricks, Synapse, Teradata, or similar database technologies. - Expertise in SQL and Pyspark to analyze data for both development validation and operational support is critical. - Experience in team handling. - Preferred skills in Azure (Databricks, Data Factory, Data Lake Store Gen2). - Exposure to GenAI. - Good communication and presentation skills are a must for this role.
