Job Description

As a Lead Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in translating data into actionable insights and supporting stakeholders in making data-driven decisions. Your responsibilities will include: - Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models for generating actionable business insights. - Analyze large datasets to conduct ad-hoc analyses, identify trends, and discover opportunities. - Write efficient SQL queries to extract, join, and aggregate data from relational databases. - Utilize advanced Excel functions such as Power Query, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, VBA/macros for reporting and analysis. - Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and implement technical solutions. - Interpret and analyze data from CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot to evaluate sales funnel performance, customer behavior, and lead quality. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting tools and sources. - Present findings to business stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence. - Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and custom visuals. - Strong command over SQL for data manipulation and extraction. - Expertise in Excel with advanced formulas and automation techniques. - Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to analyze customer and sales data. - Effective problem-solving and communication skills. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
