Lead Data Analyst L1

Role Overview: You will be responsible for interpreting data and transforming it into information such as reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations to help improve business practices and decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: - Gather information from various sources like data warehouses, databases, and data integration tools to identify patterns and trends - Develop and implement record management processes and policies - Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide them with sales data, proposals, data insights, and account reviews - Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and automate processes - Set up and manage automated data processes - Evaluate and implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing - Produce and monitor key performance indicators - Analyze data sets, liaise with clients to understand data content, design surveys, and analyze survey data - Interpret complex data sets related to clients" businesses and prepare reports using business analytics tools - Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to showcase business performance and provide benchmarking insights - Mine and analyze large datasets, draw valid inferences, and present insights to management - Develop predictive models and share insights with clients based on their requirements Qualifications Required: - Experience: 8-10 years - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data effectively - Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders - Experience in developing predictive models and analyzing large datasets - Familiarity with business analytics reporting tools Note: The company, Wipro, is described as an end-to-end digital transformation partner with a focus on reinvention and constant evolution.
