Lead Data Analyst - Controllership

As a member of the Delta Technology Hub team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. Your role will involve translating business and functional requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions. You will collaborate with the Controllership Innovation Team to understand business processes and desired outcomes, and work with both IT and business stakeholders to resolve technical issues and drive projects to value delivery. Your key responsibilities will include acting as the initial point of contact for incidents raised by end users, maintaining and optimizing existing Power Platform solutions, conducting regular reviews and updates to ensure alignment with business objectives, managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications, as well as mentoring junior team members when necessary. Additionally, you will be expected to stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and updates to ensure the successful implementation of solutions. To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of 6 years of experience, including at least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform. You should have a strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, and DevOps or Ci/Cd practices and tools. Proficiency in data modeling and SQL, as well as strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills in an agile environment are also essential. Experience mentoring junior team members, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills will be beneficial for this role.,
