Lead – D2C Business

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic D2C Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the brand’s

  Direct-to-Consumer (D2C)

  business.
• Manage the company’s

  website, marketplaces, and digital storefronts

  to maximize sales and customer engagement.
• Oversee

  customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle management

  through digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure

  seamless order fulfillment and customer experience

  .
• Analyze

  sales data, consumer insights, and campaign performance

  to drive continuous improvements.
• Build partnerships with agencies and technology platforms for performance marketing
• Monitor and manage

  D2C P&L, budgets, and ROI

  to achieve business targets.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in

  E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or D2C business operations

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Shopify, Unicommerce, or similar D2C platforms

  .
• Experience in

  performance marketing (Google, Meta, Affiliate, etc.)

  .
• Data-driven mindset with ability to derive insights and implement actions.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
