Job Description

You will be leading the Cyber Security & Compliance product group, which includes the Application Security team, responsible for the security assurance of applications through design and architecture review, SAST, and DAST. Additionally, you will oversee the Infrastructure Security team, responsible for the security assurance of all Infrastructure components, and the Vulnerability Management team, responsible for identifying, triaging, scanning, and reporting vulnerabilities in the environment. Your responsibilities will include overall leadership of these teams, ownership of multiple security controls, assurance and compliance activities, defining, collecting, and reporting relevant data points, maintaining and configuring technology capabilities, and developing strategy and roadmap for the product group. You are expected to be a strong leader with deep security and technical skills, knowledge of deriving value from security data, understanding of cyber threats, and the ability to deliver frictionless security assurance services. Your role will involve safeguarding information system assets, implementing security improvements, developing security policies, procedures, and guidelines, maintaining awareness of cyber threats, conducting risk assessments, monitoring network activity, and providing technical support for computer networks. Qualifications required for this role include a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position, strong experience with leading security technologies, general infrastructure technologies, and principles, experience of leading security teams in complex distributed organizations, and holding a CISSP or equivalent security certification for at least ten years. Additionally, you should have experience in supplier relationship management, RFP/RFI processes, vendor evaluation, and product selection practices, structured problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure, analytical skills, effective communication skills, and a flexible collaborator. It is essential to have experience in multiple security projects related to DLP, VDI, Server Hardening, IT and building/plant security solutions, SIEM and endpoint security, cloud security, cyber security certifications, awareness of ISO 27001:2013 and NIST framework, and relevant experience of a minimum of 10 years.
