Lead Cyber Security

Job Description: As the leader of the Cyber Security & Compliance product group, you will oversee the Application Security team, Infrastructure Security team, and Vulnerability Management team. Your role involves ensuring security assurance of applications, infrastructure components, and managing vulnerabilities. Your responsibilities include leading these teams, owning relevant security controls, collecting and reporting data points, maintaining technology capabilities, and developing strategy and roadmap for the product group. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Application Security, Infrastructure Security, and Vulnerability Management teams - Own and manage relevant security controls and assurance activities - Collect and report relevant data points to support security assurance activities - Maintain and configure associated technology capabilities - Develop strategy and roadmap for the Cyber Security & Compliance product group Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role - Strong expertise in leading security technologies and infrastructure principles - Experience in leading security teams in complex distributed organizations - Hold a CISSP or equivalent security certification for at least ten years - Experience in supplier relationship management, RFP/RFI processes, and vendor evaluation practices - Ability to work under pressure, prioritize workload, and influence stakeholder groups - Effective communication skills and flexibility in collaboration In addition to the above, the ideal candidate should have experience in multiple security projects related to DLP, VDI, Server Hardening, and building/plant security solutions. They should have worked on SIEM, endpoint security, and cloud security servers. The candidate must have completed cyber security certifications such as ISSP or CISM, and be familiar with ISO 27001:2013 and NIST framework. Relevant experience of a minimum of 10 years in cybersecurity is required.,
