In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption and success by providing governance advice, usage/adoption recommendations, risk identification, and mitigation. You will play a crucial role in articulating value, inspiring, and selling the Social Enterprise future in a Cloud Computing world. As a Senior Customer Success Specialist, you will become the post-sales success leader for your assigned accounts and provide customers with a deliverable Success Blueprint. Key Responsibilities: - Drive customer adoption and success by providing governance advice, usage/adoption recommendations, risk identification, and mitigation. - Articulate value, inspire, and sell the Social Enterprise future in a Cloud Computing world. - Become the post-sales success leader for assigned accounts and provide customers with a deliverable Success Blueprint. - Serve as an escalation point for issues impacting customer success and drive risk mitigation. - Maintain strong working relationships with other BMC customer-facing personnel in the Sales, Services, Engineering, Marketing, and Product Management ecosystems. - Learn, be included in global projects, challenge yourself, and innovate to solve everyday problems. Qualifications Required: - BA/BS degree or minimum 10 years relevant work experience. - Expertise in dealing with large, complicated, political accounts at the most senior IT and business levels. - Capability as a credible and effective C-level advisor/coach, especially around change management. - Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills. - Prior experience with medium-large, complex project implementations. - ITIL and all aspects of Service management. - Familiarity with AI, GPT, LLMs, database, application, and network technologies used in Cloud Computing. - Strong knowledge of business processes, business applications, and automation.
