Role Overview

Fibe is scaling its consumer financial ecosystem and looking for a seasoned leader to own and accelerate our credit card cross-sell motion and co-branded credit card program end-to-end. This role will drive strategy, partnerships, product performance, and funnel optimizationwhile also orchestrating other cross-sell initiatives (e.g., personal loans top-ups, BNPL, insurance, savings/investments, and payments products). You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Risk, Data, Compliance, and Customer Success to build a high-velocity, compliant growth engine.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Ownership

  • Define and execute the multi-year roadmap for credit card cross-sell and co-branded card growth (acquisition, activation, usage, retention).
  • Own P&L and KPIs for card programs and cross-sell lines; set quarterly OKRs and deliver outcomes.
  • Build segment-wise strategies for existing Fibe customers and new prospects—leveraging lifecycle marketing and propensity modeling.

Partnerships & Commercials

  • Lead issuer/bank, network (Visa/Mastercard/RuPay), and co-brand partner engagements—negotiate commercials, SLAs, marketing funds, rewards, and tech/data integrations.
  • Coordinate with card processors, KYC partners, bureaus, and verification vendors; ensure best-in-class onboarding experience.

Product & Experience

  • Co-own product strategy with Product/Tech: eligibility, offers, risk rules, instant decisioning, UX flows, and rewards.
  • Launch and iterate on features (pre-approved offers, embedded cross-sell widgets, in-app card management, EMI conversions, bill pay, contextual nudges).

Growth Engine & Channels

  • Architect a full-funnel growth model across in-app, CRM, email/SMS/WhatsApp, paid media, affiliates, Telesales/inside sales, and branches/events (if any).
  • Drive funnel conversion optimization (CTA design, page speed, micro-copy, experiments), A/B/MVT testing, and performance diagnostics.

Data Science & Analytics

  • Partner with Data/Risk to design propensity models, pre-approved lists, and eligibility decisioning; monitor scorecard drift.
  • Establish dashboards for lead volume, approval rates, CAC, activation rate (first swipe), utilization, revolve, payment health, drop-offs, and cohort performance.

Risk, Compliance & Ops

  • Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, KYC/AML, data privacy, grievance redressal, and co-brand disclosure obligations.
  • Collaborate with Risk/Compliance to refine policies, credit lines, underwriting, and post-issuance controls (fraud monitoring, chargeback, collections handoffs).
  • Build SOPs for operations and customer support; reduce TATs, escalations, and leakage.

Cross-Sell Beyond Cards

  • Create a unified cross-sell framework for other products (e.g., top-ups, BNPL, insurance, investments, savings, payments), including targeting, offer constructs, journeys, and measurement.
  • Align cross-sell with brand, pricing, and customer value management (CVM).

Team Leadership & Execution

  • Build and mentor a high-performing team across growth, partnerships, CRM, telesales, and analytics.
  • Run weekly performance cadences, experiment backlogs, and rapid iteration cycles; publish monthly performance reviews.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in fintech/banking/cards/payments, with 3–5 years leading credit card or co-brand programs (issuer or co-brand partner side).
  • Proven P&L ownership and track record in scaling cross-sell and lifecycle marketing for large customer bases.
  • Deep understanding of RBI regulations, KYC/AML, data privacy, and co-branding requirements.
  • Strong grasp of card economics (interchange, rewards, revolve, chargeback, opex) and risk/underwriting fundamentals.
  • Hands-on with growth tooling (CRM/CDP, marketing automation, attribution), testing frameworks, and performance analytics.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strategic & Commercial Acumen: Negotiation with banks/networks, co-brand contracts, SLAs, and marketing funds.
  • Growth & Experimentation: Funnel optimization, MVT/A/B, creative testing, and cohort analytics.
  • Product Thinking: Customer-centric UX, fast iteration with Product/Engineering.
  • Risk & Compliance Awareness: Able to balance growth with governance and customer protection.
  • Leadership: Team building, cross-functional influence, crisp communication, stakeholder management.
