Role Summary

Lead is expected to track, deep-dive, and provide insights for specific business functions. The role expects the candidate to independently structure the problem, draw relevant insights leveraging data, and work with functional leaders to drive them to a conclusion.

Job Responsibility

• Analyze large and complex data sets to solve business problems, leveraging advanced SQL and Python techniques.
• Collaborate with functional teams to design and develop dashboards using Google Sheets and Power BI.
• Expedite root cause analyses/insight generation against a given recurring use case through automation/self-serve platforms
• Ability to scope ambiguous problems, structure them, and see them through execution
• Work with Business, Product and Data engineering teams for continuous improvement of data accuracy through feedback and scoping on instrumentation quality and completeness.
• Strong logical ability and adaptability to quickly learn new visualization tools or related platforms as required by business use cases.
• Effectively managing and prioritizing parallel projects to meet business objectives.
  

Desired Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related technical degree
• 1-3 year's experience preferably in a consulting or analytics environment
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel and Python
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a rigorous fast-paced environment with multiple senior stakeholders.
